Please read carefully before you send out your booking form. Paying booking fee indicates that you have accepted our contract.

Tour Inofmation -

​

1) what's include in our tours

     We include a transport, professional driver and English or Mandarin speaking tour guide.

​

2) What's NOT include in our tours

     -Entrance fees to all places and activities

     -Meals during the trip

     -Personal expendure

     -Travel insurance

Travel Insurance -

​

Please be aware of we do not provide you with a form of insurance against such  as lost property, medical expenses, cancellation charges in the even of illness or weather issue of departure. You have to have the right cover for your trip especial for overseas tourists.

Booking Conditions -

​

1) The reservation is nonrefundable by weather and personal reasons once you have completed your payment.

 

2) If we have to make a major change  or  cancel your trip because we are forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you immediately that you have the right to change another date or full refund.

 

Travel conditions -

​

1) Please ensure you arrive the meet point at least 15 minutes before departure,we can not be held responsible if you miss your minibus through your late arrivial by any reasons.

​

2) We do not enforce a strict seating policy, it is on a first come-first served basis. However, under some circumstance, we have rights to ask you to change your seat for safety or other exceptional reasons.
